A massive thankyou to CDR they are superstars.. They assisted me in recouping an amount that was owed to me unfairly by a customer.... Melanie and Anthony will hold your hand through the process as this can be a very stressful time if you havent experienced this process before. In trust in the process follow their instructions be patient and believe in the truth. They helped me recoup 100% of the debt plus any other adjudication and related costs etc. I thoroughly recommend them if you have an issue with an over due payment etc. They are very experienced and knowledgeable with all the tricks from slippery customers and the excuses.... As a sole trader I was financially destroyed by the company I was contracted to when they failed to pay me for the works undertaken. I was owed a considerable amount (approx $200K). The legal process was something I was unfamiliar with and complex though the team guided me through my part of the process.
